    原文:Korean thermal solutions manufacturer Thermolab Co. Ltd. have introduced a heatsink test platform for OEM and industry use. The TLS-M thermal test equipment is capable of testing Intel socket 775 and AMD socket 939/940/AM2 heatsinks in any orientation from 0, 90, 180, to 270 degrees from horizontal.

    The Thermolab TLS-M platform uses a standard 6-channel industrial LCD panel control to drive a resistive heater mounted on the 1.6mm thick PCB base. This approach replicates the standard motherboard mounting environment that heatsinks encounter in the real world. Measurements are derived from Platinum thermocouples, and the system appears to be geared towards generating thermal resistance figures as compared against a "master sample." It is not clear what range of heat loads the TLS-M is capable of applying.
